Our state-licensed birthing room aims to provide all the comforts of home; and then some! We have a large jetted tub where you can labor as much as you choose, and you can give birth in the tub as well. The tub is large enough for two adults and has easy access for family and friends to be close by, offering additional support to the birthing Mom.

There is a lovely view into our garden stocked with roses and a plum tree (stop by in August for some plums!), and the room feels very private and safe.

While in the room, you are encouraged to enjoy the music of your choice on our stereo including a 3-CD changer or a tape player. You may also bring any decorative touches you choose from home, including candles, artwork, pillows (though we have lots for your comfort) and anything else that makes you feel at home (except, of course, for your pets). There is a private bath including a shower, and a comfortable queen-size bed.

We provide the linens and towels, the fridge, the stereo, and the microwave, you provide the birthing mom, foods and juices, and anything else that will make you feel comfortable while you stay with us. If you forget anything, we are very close to several markets, including one that is open 24-hours a day, just like us. Just don't forget to bring the birthing mom and the car seat for the baby on the trip home.
